Ended up only running 12 today. My legs were still tired from my long run on Saturday. Still a lot to do to get ready for the holidays (putting the house back together) but I hope it doesn't effect our training too much. We have to get serious and get a good consistant base. We're doing the Sunmart 50 Mile Trail run on Dec 8 in Texas and even though it'll be a training run, I want to have a positive experience. My back and butt were hurting out there and the last few miles were totally walking. It really hurt when I tried to run, even down hills. I took some Motrin when I got home and it really helped. I was able to get a lot of projects done around the house. I'll take more before going to bed. Hopefully I'll get to the yoga class tomorrow morning. It's just a little to gentle for me but until I figure out a better class to go to that will have to do.
