I plan on walking for 5 miles today.  I don't want to run so I won't be too tired for the half marathon on Saturday but I do want to get some mileage in.  I also hope to get a yoga class in tonight.

Ended not running but I did go to the club and took a Body Pump Class and then a 75 yoga class.  After running yesterday my back and butt hurt so I decided to not run today.  I will go to the club in the morning to run on the treadmill.

Ended up only running 12 today.  My legs were still tired from my long run on Saturday.  Still a lot to do to get ready for the holidays (putting the house back together) but I hope it doesn't effect our training too much.  We have to get serious and get a good consistant base.  We're doing the Sunmart 50 Mile Trail run on Dec 8 in Texas and even though it'll be a training run, I want to have a positive experience.  My back and butt were hurting out there and the last few miles were totally walking.  It really hurt when I tried to run, even down hills.  I took some Motrin when I got home and it really helped.  I was able to get a lot of projects done around the house.  I'll take more before going to bed.  Hopefully I'll get to the yoga class tomorrow morning.  It's just a little to gentle for me but until I figure out a better class to go to that will have to do.

Ended up only running 3 miles.  Bob and HR were coming to finish up the bathroom projects and I had to get back.  Things are winding down and soon we'll have no more interuptions for house projects!

Henry and Tim came today to finish the tile and vanity.  Tomorrow Bob and HR will be here to finish the plumbing.

 Took day off to recover and work on house.  Later Frank and I went shopping for bathroom knobs etc.  Tomorrow Tim will finish the new vanity.
